We are seeking an Entry-Level Technical Product Manager to join our Product & Delivery team at Optym. This role is perfect for someone with a technical background (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field) who enjoys working across technology, product development, and client delivery. As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between client needs, technical implementation, and product evolution. You’ll work closely with engineering, QA, and client IT teams to define requirements, test integrations, and ensure successful deployments of our enterprise routing and optimization products. Key Responsibilities

Product & Technical Coordination - Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to translate business and client needs into clear technical requirements. - Understand, document and explain APIs, and data models. - Participate in testing of product configurations, APIs, and integrations. - Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues during client implementations. - Support feature releases by validating functionality and preparing documentation. Client Engagement & Delivery - Work directly with client IT and operations teams to gather technical and functional requirements. - Assist in planning and coordinating implementation activities and integrations. - Document client use cases, workflows, and event/API payloads. - Serve as a liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders during deployment. Documentation & Process - Create and maintain product and technical documentation, including integration specs, requirements, design notes, and test cases. - Track project tasks, deliverables, and risks using tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc. - Support product managers and engineers in sprint planning and backlog prioritization. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in product management, software development, or technical delivery roles (internships and academic projects are welcome). Basic experience in software development (Python, Java, C#, or similar). Understanding of APIs, REST, JSON, SQL, and data integration concepts. Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger). Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to enterprise SaaS products, logistics, or transportation management systems (TMS). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello. Experience working with client IT teams on implementations or integrations. Soft Skills
