Front Office Supervisor – Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk team in a vibrant hotel located steps from Lumen Field and T‑Mobile Park.
Responsibilities
Assign work and supervise team member performance in all Front Office procedures, including guest check‑in/out, lobby traffic, luggage assistance, telephone operator services, and room rates/availability.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints.
Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre‑shift meetings, and train team members.
Monitor, observe, and evaluate team member performance.
Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hotel experience.
Minimum 1 year of front desk experience.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
Schedule flexibility, including the ability to work overnight shifts.
