Job Description The Business Development Executive – B2B HVAC & Energy Solutions will be focusing on hunting, identifying, and winning new B2B clients in the Massachusetts market, specifically targeting the Metro Boston area, and driving significant sales growth for HVAC and related sectors.
Driving Sales Growth:
Actively hunt, identify, and acquire new B2B clients in the HVAC and energy sectors within the Massachusetts market, targeting contractors, technicians, and smaller businesses for both commercial and residential projects, as well as distribution.
Managing Client Relationships:
Lead high-impact client engagements, deliver presentations and proposals, and build lasting relationships to influence client decisions and ensure continued business, owning the relationship and earning residual commissions.
Strategic Market Engagement:
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify new growth avenues, and contribute bold, actionable ideas to the company's overall strategy and growth initiatives.
Requirements:
2-5+ years of regional sales or territory sales experience, with a focus on sales hunting and territory growth.
HVAC sales experience and product knowledge
are a necessity and a requirement.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative, with a remote work arrangement.
Location This is a remote, outside sales opportunity covering the Greater Boston & Metro West areas. Candidates must be willing to drive throughout the region to meet with customers 60%-70% of the time.
