Job Description
Responsible for acquiring new contract revenue within an assigned territory to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Conduct prospecting activities (phone calls, video conferencing, cold calls in the field, emails, physical mail) to set appointments for building surveys and proposals.
Follow all established sales process steps, adhering to deadlines including building surveys, money calls, proposal delivery, and sales/operations walk‑throughs.
Requirements
1‑5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Ability to develop excellent relationships with prospects.
Must have a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
Location This is a hybrid-based work environment. Candidates will report to a Framingham, MA area office on Mondays and Fridays and spend the remainder of the week in the field on client visits and cold‑calls.
Territory: North Central: Waltham, Burlington, Lexington, Reading, Tewksbury
