Develop and execute the TikTok influencer marketing strategy from sourcing to performance tracking Manage VIP program with top creators and partners Build and scale long-term influencer relationships to drive growth and engagement Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, and performance teams to align influencer content with broader marketing goals Analyze campaign data to optimize performance and ROI Stay ahead of TikTok trends, emerging creators, and platform updates Qualifications
5–7+ years in influencer or creator marketing, with deep TikTok experience Proven track record scaling influencer programs for a consumer brand Strong understanding of performance metrics, creator ROI, and TikTok culture Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading creative collaborations Data-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial, “builder” mentality Experience in wellness, CPG, or DTC brands preferred
