A leading national wealth management firm is seeking a

Director of Alternative Investments

to shape and elevate its private markets and alternative product platform.

This is a

high-impact, client-facing leadership role

for someone who combines

deep investment expertise

with strong communication and presentation skills. You’ll lead the firm’s alternative investment strategy — overseeing due diligence, product evaluation, and advisor support across

private equity, private credit, hedge funds, structured products, DSTs, QOZs, and other sophisticated solutions .

What You’ll Do

Lead the due diligence and product approval process for complex investments

Partner with financial advisors on portfolio design and alternative allocation strategies

Build and maintain relationships with asset managers and product sponsors

Deliver market and strategy presentations to internal and advisor audiences

Mentor a high-performing team of analysts and drive continuous platform improvement

What You’ll Bring

8+ years in wealth management, investment research, or alternative investments

Strong understanding of private markets, structured solutions, and product diligence

CFA required; CAIA or JD preferred

Excellent communicator and confident presenter
