Base pay range $46,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

About Selleck Chemicals: Selleckchem is a growing bio‑tech company, based in Houston, Texas. We supply over 120,000 inhibitors used in the study of cell signaling pathways. We actively track the latest science so our customers can rely on us to be the leading supplier of the newest inhibitors. The safety and effectiveness of these molecules has been demonstrated through preclinical and clinical research with many of them being FDA‑approved compounds.

Industry: Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology. This is an entry‑level position; all candidates interested in a sales position, regardless of prior experience, as well as those looking to make a career switch are welcomed. We will provide comprehensive training to help you understand the entire sales process and effective sales techniques.

No sales experience and life‑science background needed (we will provide comprehensive sales and product knowledge training).

High school or higher diploma.

Result‑oriented, structured and resilient.

Strong problem‑solving skills and customer focus.

Excellent organizational, moderation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: Responsibility for sales targets and commercial planning to achieve performance objectives.

Responsible territory: some universities and research institutes in the city (we will provide you with some customer information in the early stage).

Conduct daily visits to potential and existing customers within the assigned territory, ensuring timely remote clock‑in/out.

Preparation of offers for customers and conclusion of contracts.

Participate in the company's product and work online training.

Regular preparation, implementation and documentation of business performance meetings for the responsible region.

Monthly bonus: 5% of the monthly sales revenue in the assigned territory.

Special note: The company does not provide work visas, so non‑US citizen applicants need to obtain work permits from the US government in advance.

Job Type Full‑time

Benefits Paid time off, monthly bonus, 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday, in‑person work location.
