Responsibilities
Responsibility for sales targets and commercial planning to achieve performance objectives
Responsible territory: some universities and research institutes in the city (we will provide you with some customer information in the early stage)
Conduct daily visits to both potential and existing customers within the assigned territory, ensuring timely remote clock‑in/out.
Preparation of offers for customers and conclusion of contracts
Participate in the company's product and online training
Regular preparation, implementation and documentation of business performance meetings for the responsible region
Monthly bonus: 5% of the monthly sales revenue in the assigned territory
Qualifications
No sales experience and life‑science background needed. (We will provide comprehensive sales training & product knowledge training.)
High school or higher
Result‑oriented, structured and resilient
Strong problem‑solving skills and customer focus
Excellent organizational, moderation and presentation skills
Special note: The company does not provide work visas, so non‑US citizen applicants must obtain work permits from the US government in advance.
