Job Title
Vice President, Accounting and Financial Recruiting / Acquisitions / Development Associate
Location Miami, FL – 100% in‑office, full‑time
Base Salary & Bonus $140,000 – $185,000 per year , plus discretionary bonus
Job Overview We are looking for a late‑stage junior or mid‑level financial analyst in real‑estate development who is ready to step into a senior lead analyst role, spearheading transaction due diligence and capital search activities, and ultimately advancing toward a Director of Finance position.
Responsibilities
Lead transaction due diligence support and capital search activity via broker outreach
Initiate and cultivate relationships with investors and capital providers
Develop and present investment proposals, including equity and debt raise materials
Assist in transaction closing and capital provider search processes
Perform financial modeling, including creation and modification of pro‑formas and product‑type models
Qualifications
Experience as a financial analyst in real‑estate development (multifamily and/or hotel asset classes preferred)
Strong financial modeling skills and ability to update project decks with current data
Knowledge of acquisition processes, highest‑and‑best‑use research, zoning restrictions, and market studies
Demonstrated ability to manage capital stack support and respond to RFIs from equity or debt providers
Proven track record of working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
