Req 1: Inviting applications for the role of Workday Technical Architect. In this role The Workday Technical Architect is responsible for ensuring technical stability scalability and continuous optimization of the Workday ecosystem across HCM and Finance. This role provides technical leadership for integrations extend and prism platform ( optional ) and reporting with hands‑on support for AMS incident management enhancements and workday and client releases.

Responsibilities

Serve as the highest technical escalation point for production issues and AMS problem management.

Analyze recurring issues to drive long‑term fixes and process improvement.

Lead technical design and governance for integrations security and reporting across tenants.

Manage the full integration lifecycle - design development deployment and monitoring.

Oversee data flow between Workday and third‑party applications using EIB Studio Core Connectors and APIs.

Ensure Workday Extend Prism and Orchestrate apps follow security and performance standards . (if applicable)

Manage technical readiness for Workday bi‑annual releases; review new features and regression impacts.

Lead system monitoring interface error management and root cause analysis.

Enforce adherence to technical and change control standards across AMS.

Mentor AMS developers and analysts; review code and integration designs.

Lead reviews of Workday Security Groups and Access Controls.

Conduct quarterly security audits; ensure compliance with GDPR SOX and data privacy regulations.

Support incident response in case of security or integration breaches.

Minimum Qualifications

BE / MBA /

Workday certifications in Integrations Services Pro. Deep understanding of Studio PICOF PECI is mandatory.

8 years Workday experience; at least 3 years in Technical Architecture roles.

Hands‑on experience supporting multi‑country tenants (e.g. US Mexico).

Experience in handling PII / Comp / Confidential data.

Knowledge of Security configuration in Workday.

Experience in work on all project phases including fit / gap.

Hands‑on Integration experience in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) Studio PECI PICOF.

Workday Web Services API XML XSLT.

Core Connectors Worker and Payroll PECI Connector.

Cloud Connect for Worker CCB.

CCTPP PICOF / PECI.

Custom Reports & Calculated Fields.

List of minimum qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Proficiency in Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors Workday APIs and Workday Extend.

Experience in Prism Analytics Orchestrate and integration middleware.

Strong understanding of HCM and Financial data models and reporting objects.

Familiarity with Agile AMS delivery and ITIL‑based service management.

Req 2: Inviting applications for the role of Workday HCM Architect In this role The Workday HCM Architect leads AMS techno‑functional support and optimization for Workday HCM modules ensuring stability data integrity and process efficiency. This role drives configuration governance enhancement design and cross‑functional coordination across HCM product families.

Responsibilities

Serve as techno‑functional AMS lead for HCM modules : Core HCM Compensation Advanced Compensation Benefits Absence Time Tracking and Country Extensions.

Lead configuration reviews and validations to ensure alignment with global and local HR policies.

Analyze change requests and assess business impact; provide configuration and testing guidance.

Drive system stabilization by resolving recurring issues in business processes or integrations.

Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to prioritize AMS enhancements and manage release readiness.

Support new country enablement and statutory configuration updates.

Validate new features in Workday releases and recommend adoption based on value and readiness.

Partner with Technical Architect on integration dependencies for recruiting payroll and downstream systems.

Maintain HCM configuration inventory and process documentation.

Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) for AMS releases.

Review KPIs on incident volume SLA adherence and backlog closure.

Conduct periodic functional health assessments of critical business processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in human resources Information Systems or related field.

Workday HR Modules (Payroll HCM Absences Time Tracking) certified for atleast 2 modules.

8 years Workday experience; 4 years in AMS or post‑production support roles.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proven experience acting as a translator between business and technical teams with a strong understanding of both HR processes and Workday configuration.

Experience in leading or supporting HRIT projects end‑to‑end including requirements gathering testing and deployment.

Excellent interpersonal presentation and stakeholder management skills with a consultative mindset and ability to influence without authority.

Deep familiarity with Workday tools and functionality; experience with JIRA ServiceNow or similar platforms is a plus.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or a related field; Workday certification(s) preferred.

Proven expertise in Workday Core HCM Core & Adv Compensation Benefits Recruiting Absence Management Talent Management Payroll.

Strong track record of leading HR technology transformations and system implementations.

Deep knowledge of HR systems strategy governance and optimization.

Ability to drive digital transformation and automation in HR processes.

Strong project management and change leadership skills.

Expertise in data analytics workforce insights and reporting tools.

Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Strong hands‑on knowledge of Workday HCM modules at least 2 modules Core HCM and any Payroll.

Understanding of Absence Time Tracking Compensation Benefits Payroll and Time configuration frameworks.

Experience with localization for the US Mexico UK and India.

Deep domain expertise with Workday Security and reporting for HR metrics.

Req 3: Inviting applications for the role of Workday Finance Architect In this role The Workday Financials Architect leads AMS operations for Workday Financial Management ensuring smooth system performance accurate financial processing and scalable enhancements. The role manages AMS support across FDM Accounting Procurement Banking and Projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee AMS incident problem change management and Project enhancements for all Workday Financial modules.

Lead configuration reviews and stabilization for Core Financials Accounts Payable Receivable Banking Procurement and Project Accounting.

Analyze month‑end and year‑end close issues and identify process optimization opportunities.

Support integrations with banks suppliers and external financial systems.

Collaborate with Finance IT and external auditors to maintain compliance and control.

Assess and prioritize enhancement requests; lead functional and regression testing.

Review new Workday releases and drive feature enablement across financial modules.

Partner with Technical Architect on integration and reporting dependencies.

Provide oversight for data quality reconciliation and period‑close automation.

Maintain configuration inventory financial data dictionary and key process maps.

Participate in Change Control and CAB for AMS releases.

Review SLA metrics backlog trends and control adherence.

Conduct periodic audits to ensure financial data consistency across Workday and third‑party systems.

Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or Information Systems.

Workday Financials certification mandatory.

8 years Workday Financials experience; 4 years in AMS or Finance system support.
