Virtual Speech Language Pathologist – Washington
Position Type: 1099 Contract | Full‑Time or Part‑Time | Remote
Location: Remote (must hold active Washington SLP licensure and school‑based certification)

What You’ll Do
Deliver direct speech‑language therapy to students in a virtual setting
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments aligned with IEP goals
Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with families, educators, and school teams to support student progress
Attend virtual IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
Utilize digital platforms and teletherapy tools to provide interactive, effective therapy sessions
What You’ll Need
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
Active Washington SLP license (required)
Current Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) certification (required)
Minimum of 1 year of virtual therapy experience (required)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred
Comfortable using online therapy tools and platforms
Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
A distraction‑free home office setup with stable, high‑speed internet
