About the Role We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP)
licensed in
Louisiana
to provide virtual therapy services to K–12 students across partnering school districts. This full‑time, remote position allows you to make a meaningful difference in students’ communication development through innovative teletherapy platforms — from evaluations and treatment to collaboration with educators and families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual speech and language therapy services in alignment with each student’s IEP.
Conduct evaluations, screenings, and progress monitoring via secure teletherapy tools.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
Active Louisiana SLP License through the
Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech‑Language Pathology and Audiology (LBESPA) .
Louisiana Department of Education (DOE) Certification required.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
Experience providing teletherapy or virtual services strongly preferred.
Schedule: Full‑Time (35 hours/week)
Setting: 100% Remote (school‑based services delivered virtually)
Caseload: K–12 (assignments vary by district)
Contract: 2025–2026 School Year
Start Date: August 2025 or sooner
