Our client, a leading global firm in the investment management industry, is seeking a Workday Reporting Analyst to support enterprise financial reporting and business intelligence initiatives on a contract basis. This role bridges business stakeholders and technology teams, requiring both analytical and design thinking skills to create impactful, user-centered reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate directly with business leaders to design, wireframe, and deliver Workday reporting and Power BI solutions.
Translate complex business requirements into actionable deliverables for development teams.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to uncover the why behind requests, ensuring meaningful, data-driven solutions.
Manage and prioritize a Jira backlog of reporting needs, supporting an Agile delivery model.
Develop visually engaging dashboards and reports using Workday, Power BI, and modern data visualization tools.
Drive process improvement, data accuracy, and user adoption through storytelling, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Required Experience Hands-on experience designing and building Workday reports.
Strong data visualization and Power BI (or MS Fabric) expertise.
Proven ability to capture requirements visually in real time (wireframes, design discussions, etc.).
Experience in financial services or investment management industries preferred.
Solid understanding of business analysis, process improvement, and large-scale data handling.
Bachelors degree or higher required.
