Our established and growing private dermatology practice is looking for a Medical Office Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations.
This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on staff performance, patient satisfaction, and overall practice growth.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple office locations
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, HIPAA, and OSHA safety standards, and CLIA.
Collaborate with physicians and leadership on workflow optimization and growth strategies
Manage supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility needs
Resolve patient issues and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience at all locations
Track key metrics (e.g., patient flow, phone call matrix, billing matrix, staff productivity) and report to leadership
Identify operational inefficiencies and lead improvements in processes and systems
Building maintenance
EMR system
Phone system
Patient notification system
Accounts Payable/Payroll
Providers schedules
Clinical Staff
Surgery staff
Oversee hiring and training of staff
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in medical office management (multi-site experience)
Background in dermatology or specialty care preferred
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Problem solver, team builder
Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., Modernizing Medicine/EMA, Athena, or similar)
Strong understanding of billing, scheduling, compliance, and patient flow operations
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between offices as needed
Company Locations Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Associates has 3 locations, and the employee must be able to work at any of them: Olive Branch, MS; Germantown, TN; Arlington, TN.
