Part‑time Reservation Specialist II - Athletic Reservations
The City of Irvine seeks an individual with demonstrated customer service and administrative skills to assist the public with their athletic reservation needs and associated facility use at City sports parks and the Great Park.
This position is part‑time, up to 19 hours per week with weekday availability.
Shifts are scheduled during core hours: Monday‑Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Fridays 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Future positions may be filled through this recruitment.
Responsibilities
Assist the public with athletic reservation needs and associated facility use.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of related clerical and customer‑service experience.
Understanding of athletic facility reservations.
Interview will be held after a thorough review of applications.
A background investigation will be conducted prior to appointment.
Medical examination, including a drug/alcohol screening and a negative TB test, will be required prior to appointment.
