PROGRAM COMMITMENT The College Associate Program is a full‑time, immersive experience designed to deliver real‑world learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of career‑building momentum.

Program Dates May 27 – August 7, 2026. To ensure that all associates can fully benefit from the program’s training, mentorship, and project work, we kindly ask applicants to confirm their availability for the full length of the program. We understand that school schedules and personal plans vary, and we encourage applicants to review the dates in advance to ensure they can participate through the conclusion of the program without interruption.

THE JOB We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Human Resources College Associate to join the Media & Sponsorship HR team across core HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives. This role offers hands‑on exposure to multiple HR functions and the opportunity to gain experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

What This Role Will Do

Support end‑to‑end HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Assist with recruiting activities: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and maintaining applicant tracking data.

Help manage and track HR data, reporting, and analytics to ensure data accuracy and insights.

Contribute to learning, training, and employee‑experience programs (e.g., manager development, engagement surveys, recognition programs).

Participate in special projects that offer exposure to all HR disciplines — from compensation planning to organizational design.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of how HR drives business results across a large, matrixed organization.

What This Person Will Bring

Currently pursuing or recently completed a BA or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.

Collaborative and eager to learn multiple areas of HR.
