Director of Corporate and Talent Acquisition
Summary:
The Install Division of Landscape Workshop, a leading commercial landscaping company, is transitioning from a decentralized branch-admin model to a specialized, dedicated Install finance and administration structure. We are seeking a Regional Branch Administrator to support our division. This role is responsible for executing billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, contract compliance, hiring/onboarding, and will support financial reporting functions across multiple Install branches. The Regional Branch Administrator ensures that financial and administrative processes are accurate, timely, and compliant, while providing critical support to General Managers (GMs), Project Managers (PMs), and division leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment.
Strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, and revenue cycle management (billing, AR/AP, revenue recognition, forecasting).
Proficiency in Excel (formulas, reconciliations, etc).
Type-A, process-driven personality that thrives on organization, accountability, and getting things right.
Strong leadership ability, balancing hands‑on execution with people management.
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to influence and drive results in an operations-heavy environment.
Strong working knowledge of industry-specific software (Aspire preferred) and ERP/accounting systems (Intacct a plus).
High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving and analytical ability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in finance/administration roles, preferably in construction, landscaping, or a related industry.
