Job Location: 1789 West Jefferson Street, Phoenix, AZ 85007.

Salary: $47,000 - $51,000 (Grade 19). Closing Date: November 9, 2025.

Job Summary The Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Quick Connect Liaison. DDD provides individuals with developmental disabilities and their families with flexible, high‑quality, and member‑driven services.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Granting and terminating access to the QC application and assisting OLCR staff with license transfer.

Providing correct levels of access for OLCR staff, licensing workers, and others; managing password updates.

Correcting application issues caused by OLCR and QV staff and running reports for DDD staff.

Back up to the OLCR QV Trainer; cooperate in development of QC training for QV and maintain the QV contact list.

Providing onboarding training to new OLCR, QV staff, and others.

Understanding different functions and screens within the QC system.

Working with the MIS team to identify system issues and recommend enhancements or adjustments.

Assisting the Developmental Licensing Team with assigned duties.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)

Knowledge of the Arizona Revised Statute, Arizona Administrative Code, and DDD policies related to HCBS Certification, Life Safety Inspections, and Developmental Home Licensing.

Regulatory processes and functions.

Federal and State laws, rules, regulations, and policies related to HCBS Certification, Life Safety Inspections, and Developmental Home Licensing.

Planning, problem solving, decision making, and implementation.

Use of basic grammar, spelling, and professional writing.

Researching and resolving problems.

Establishing professional partnerships and communicating complex issues clearly.

Selective Preferences

Bachelor's Degree and experience related to developmental home licensing or foster care licensing.

Experience writing policies and procedures and developing training preferred.

Experience working with the Division of Developmental Disabilities desirable.

Pre‑Employment Requirements

Driver's license requirements for essential job functions involving vehicle use.

Successful completion of background and reference checks.

Completion of the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E‑Verify).
