Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the Department of Economic Security (DES) as a Quick Connect Liaison. The DDD provides individuals with developmental disabilities and their families with flexible, high‑quality, member‑driven services and supports that empower them to lead self‑directed, healthy and meaningful lives. The liaison will support and enhance the quality of the Quick Connect application and related system functions to streamline licensing and oversight.

Job Duties

Grant and terminate access to the QC application; assist OLCR staff with license transfers.

Provide correct access levels for OLCR staff, licensing workers and others; assist with password updates.

Correct application issues caused by OLCR or QV staff; run and disseminate reports to appropriate DDD staff.

Serve as backup to the OLCR QV Trainer; assist in developing QC training for QV staff.

Assist in developing and maintaining the QV Contact list.

Provide onboarding training to new OLCR and QV staff and others.

Explain system functions and screens within the QC system.

Work with the MIS team to identify issues and recommend system enchantments or adjustments to the QC system or reporting.

Assist the Developmental Licensing Team with assigned duties.

Knowledge

Knowledge of Arizona Revised Statutes, Arizona Administrative Code and DDD policies as they relate to HCBS certification, life safety inspections and developmental home licensing.

Knowledge of regulatory processes and functions.

Knowledge of federal and state laws, rules, regulations and policies related to HCBS certification, life safety inspections and developmental home licensing.

Skills

Use of basic grammar, spelling, and professional writing.

Selective Preferences

Bachelor’s degree and experience related to developmental home licensing or foster care licensing. Experience writing policies, procedures and developing training is preferred; experience working with the Division of Developmental Disabilities is desirable.

Pre-Employment Requirements

If this position requires driving as an essential job function, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required, along with completion of all required training and background checks.
