Position: A/C Heating Technician We are seeking a skilled A/C Heating Technician with a strong background in commercial and light commercial service. The ideal candidate will be reliable, experienced, and capable of performing a wide range of HVAC service tasks.

Requirements:

5 years of experience

in commercial/light commercial HVAC service

Proficient in

troubleshooting :

Electrical systems

Gas systems

Heat pumps

Reading schematics

Refrigeration experience

is a plus

Must have:

All necessary

hand tools

A

clean DMV record

Job Responsibilities:

Start-up

of all installed units, including:

Chillers

Rooftop units

Swamp coolers

Routine maintenance

for service contracts:

Monthly, quarterly, and yearly schedules

Filter change-outs, belt replacements, cooler pad changes

Checking for leaks and system efficiency

Diagnose and repair

HVAC equipment using appropriate tools and testing procedures

Install, relocate, and program thermostats

Assist tenants in understanding and operating equipment

Set dampers and balance airflow

according to engineered plans using electronic equipment

Test electrical circuits and components :

Resistance

Amp draw

Other standard measurements
