Responsibilities:

Prospect daily for new business through cold calls, texts, emails, and social media

Convert inbound inquiries into appointments for buyer or listing consultations

Conduct property showings and buyer consultations to determine client needs

Track progress using CRM software and maintain consistent follow-up schedules

Assist in drafting contracts and guiding clients through the offer process

Hit weekly and monthly appointment-setting and closing goals

Qualifications:

Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong follow-up and organization skills required

Must be comfortable with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Compensation: $125,500 - $225,000 yearly
