$18.75 per hour Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with requests — from small maintenance tasks to late check‑ins. Escort guests to their villas and handle guest deliveries as needed. Secure the clubhouse at closing time and tidy the pool area. Welcome and assist guests with check‑ins, check‑outs, and general inquiries. Handle guest issues promptly and courteously. Answer and direct phone calls to the right departments. Perform nightly audit functions such as reconciling transactions, maintaining key logs, filing registration cards, and preparing audit reports. Support special projects and maintain resort safety standards. Perform six nightly interior property tours — at least three on foot to ensure detailed oversight. Qualifications
Previous hotel or resort front desk and customer service experience. Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment. CPR/AED certified (or willing to complete training). Basic computer skills and cash handling experience. Valid driver’s license (golf cart certification provided). Ability to be on your feet, walking, and moving throughout the property for much of your shift. Can lift up to 30 lbs and comfortably perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and kneeling.
