Associate Attorney
to join our
Family Law Department
in
Stuart, Florida .
This
full-time, in-person
position offers the opportunity to lead meaningful legal work in
divorce, custody, support, and injunction matters .

Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution, including divorce, paternity, support, and injunction cases.
Lead hearings, mediations, and trials as first-chair counsel.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and proposed orders.
Prepare for and conduct depositions and evidentiary hearings.
Advise clients with empathy and clarity while developing case strategy.
Work collaboratively with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case progression.
Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and opposing counsel.
Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in the
State of Florida
(in good standing).
3–5 years of experience
in Family Law litigation (required).
Demonstrated trial and hearing experience as lead counsel.
Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with
Clio Manage
or similar case management software is a plus.
A client-centered mindset and desire to grow with a supportive, team-oriented firm.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary commensurate with experience (expected total compensation $100,000–$150,000 including bonuses).
Bonus opportunities are directly tied to productivity, client satisfaction, and case outcomes.

Relocation assistance may be considered for qualified candidates.
