Base Pay Range
$140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Represent clients in court appearances, pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, pre‑trial preparation, and trial proceedings.
Provide comprehensive legal support and guidance across various practice areas.
Maintain and manage strong client relationships, ensuring their legal needs are effectively met.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare legal documents and develop litigation strategies.
Required Qualifications
Active membership with the State Bar of California.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Previous experience in litigation or specific practice areas aligned with the firm’s focus.
Highly detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
Medical & Vision Insurance:
Multiple Aetna and Kaiser options available, with 100% of premiums covered (except for a small monthly fee on Aetna Open Access plans). Coverage begins the first of the month after enrollment. Dependents may be added at your cost via pre‑tax payroll deductions.
Dental:
$1,000 annual self‑funded dental reimbursement.
Cafeteria Plans (IRS 125):
Four pre‑tax benefit plans available through ADP.
401(k) Plan:
Eligible after six months, with a firm match of up to 4% of your annual salary.
Life & Disability Insurance:
Offered through ADP per plan terms.
Paid Time Off:
Unlimited PTO, in accordance with firm policy and billable hour requirements.
Sick Leave:
Accrues at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, starting from your first day.
Holidays:

Billable Hours & Bonus Program
Annual Minimum:
1,860 billable hours (155 per month or 465 per quarter).
Bonus:
$120 for each billable hour exceeding the 1,860‑hour requirement, based on hours billed and paid by clients. Bonuses vest annually, with potential quarterly pre‑payments if targets are being met.
