Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation Defense

Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation Defense Our Los Angeles office is currently seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Associate Attorney. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a licensed California attorney to further develop litigation expertise within a professional and collegial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Court appearances

Pleadings and motion practice

Discovery and depositions

Mediations and trial preparation

Direct client interaction and relationship-building

Billable Hours Requirement: Minimum of 1,860 billable hours per year (approximately 155 hours per month or 465 hours per quarter).

Bonus Structure: Earn $120 per hour for every billable hour beyond 1,860; bonus payouts may be advanced throughout the year based on performance.

Requirements:

California licensed attorney

Minimum 1 year of civil litigation experience

Salary: Up to $160,000 per year with benefits.
