We are seeking a Compliance Analyst with strong ESRI expertise to support compliance initiatives across regulated infrastructure projects. This role is critical in ensuring spatial data integrity, regulatory reporting, and adherence to federal and state mandates (e.g., PHMSA, NEPA, CEQA, CWA). The ideal candidate will have experience in ArcGIS platforms and a working knowledge of environmental or pipeline regulations.
Administer and maintain GIS databases using ESRI tools (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Portal for ArcGIS).
Perform spatial analysis to support regulatory submissions, audits, and inspections.
Develop and maintain geospatial datasets related to pipeline assets, environmental boundaries, and operational zones.
Create maps and dashboards for internal compliance tracking and external reporting.
Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure GIS data meets regulatory standards (e.g., 49 CFR Parts 191 & 192).
Support public awareness programs and emergency responder mapping.
Assist in the review and update of O&M and D&C manuals using GIS insights.
Document workflows and maintain metadata for audit readiness.
Required skills and experience:
Associates Degree
2+ years of experience in GIS roles with a compliance or regulatory focus.
Proficiency in ESRI software.
Experience with spatial data modeling, geoprocessing, and map production.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
