Position Summary
The Enterprise Client Experience (ECE) Hardware Lifecycle team is looking for a technologist to join the Global Tech Organization as a Systems Administrator, Technology Support. Working alongside a team of technicians and client engineering teams, you will deliver modern hardware experiences that associates trust to power work anytime, anywhere.
About Team Our team is focused on delivering a streamlined, dependable experience with service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience (ADE). We provide services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From HR chatbots and virtual assistants to invoice solutions and legal change facilitation, our goal is to drive efficiency across Walmart globally.
What You'll Do The Hardware Lifecycle team provides a ready‑to‑use laptop to every new hire by their first day and proactively refreshes laptops of existing associates across the U.S. Home Office domain.

You have experience working hands‑on with Windows or Mac, specifically using Autopilot and/or Zero Touch provisioning technologies.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, computer information systems, or related area.
2 years’ experience in production support, software support, or technical support.
Preferred Qualifications We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.

Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00 – $95,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may also include stock options.
