Our client is a fast-growing, innovative personal care and wellness brand with a strong foundation and expanding retail presence across the U.S. Known for its high-quality, better-for-you products and loyal consumer base, the company is entering its next phase of growth - scaling across key retail channels and deepening its omnichannel strategy. Position Overview

The Head of Sales will lead all U.S. sales strategy and execution, driving continued growth across mass, grocery, club, specialty/nutrition, natural, and e-commerce channels. This role is ideal for a sales leader who combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach. Someone who can both expand key retail partnerships and build a high-performing sales organization over time. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the U.S. sales strategy across all channels: Mass, Grocery, Club, Nutrition, Specialty, Natural, eCommerce/Amazon Lead top-to-top relationships with key retail and distribution partners. Drive annual sales planning, forecasting, and trade investment strategy. Build, mentor, and scale a sales team aligned with the company’s next stage of growth. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure consistent brand execution, promotional planning, and P&L alignment. Identify new distribution opportunities and develop tailored go-to-market approaches for each channel. Represent the brand at key trade shows, retail meetings, and strategic events nationwide. 40-50% national travel when applicable Qualifications

10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in

CPG or personal care/wellness products , with a

track record of driving retail growth. Strong existing relationships and selling experience across key U.S. retail channels (mass, grocery, natural, specialty, club). Proven success leading account strategy and negotiations with major retailers. Experience managing or building national broker and sales teams. Highly strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
