Requirements:
DDS or DMD from an ADA‑approved dental institution
Active Mississippi dental license or qualification post‑graduation
Up‑to‑date CPR and BLS credentials
Background in clinical settings or private practice, whether entry‑level or established
Excellent skills in verbal and written professional interactions
Benefits:
Initial‑year salary assurance of $205,000 or 30% of adjusted production, whichever is higher
From the second year, compensation at 31% of adjusted production
$20,000 sign‑on incentive
Qualification for a route to partnership
$2,500 yearly allowance for continuing education, plus robust internal training initiatives
Comprehensive health coverage and additional perks
Reimbursement for licensure and DEA fees
Coverage for malpractice protection
Payment for ADA, state, and AAP membership fees
