Work Experience With over 20 years of industrial selling and consulting experience, including a strong track record in leading Consultative Selling assignments, the ideal candidate for the Strategic Business Leader position should possess knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense Vertical. They should have proven experience in winning large business deals, working creatively in problem-solving environments, authoring complex proposals, negotiating contracts, and contributing effectively in a global team-oriented setting. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed for the role.
