What You’ll Do
Manage daily operations of a single restaurant (10–45 employees) and ensure guest satisfaction, sales, profitability, and employee retention.
Lead the restaurant management team, oversee financial controls, operations, people development, guest service, and Pizza Hut compliance.
Work long and irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed.
Report to an Area Coach and directly manage Team Members, Delivery Drivers, Shift Managers and Assistant Managers.
Interact with team members, Area Coaches, customers, field operations team and outside vendors.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
Ability to prioritize and organize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Complete all internal certification programs.
