Responsibilities & Expectations
Ensure the overall safety and security of protectees and corporate employees.
Monitor security systems and technology tools for properties, including alarms and cameras.
Manage access control for visitors, employees, and vendors.
Handle travel and special assignments as required.
Build and maintain relationships with key staff and stakeholders.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Partner with intelligence, investigations teams, global security operations, private security firms, and local law enforcement to identify and mitigate threats.
Detect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities.
Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Travel a minimum of 120 calendar days.
Minimum Requirements
Participation in random drug screenings.
Complete a physical readiness test prior to offer of employment; maintain physical readiness to respond to an attack or hazard.
Pass pre‑employment background investigation.
Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Valid, current driver license.
Valid U.S. passport.
Obtain a state guard card and firearms license.
Desired Qualifications
Prior ERT, military, law enforcement, or executive protection experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, and secure transportation.
Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, etc.
Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
