Core Responsibilities
Adhere to the company’s mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs.
Maintain budgeted revenue, costs, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow; review monthly profit & loss statements and make adjustments as needed.
Work with the Operations and Sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute events, including food preparation, service, cleanup, and assistance with cooking when needed.
Estimate food consumption, purchase as appropriate from the specified food program, and schedule staff efficiently to accommodate shifts in business volume.
Recruit, hire, train, and retain a high‑performing kitchen staff; develop sous chefs and lead cooks.
Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards; supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage.
Manage kitchen equipment maintenance, conduct sanitation audits, and maintain cleaning schedules in compliance with local Department of Health regulations; report critical issues to the General Manager.
Qualifications You’re an experienced Executive Chef with strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and robust profit & loss management capability.
Accountability for your team and exceptional organizational skills are essential. Experience preparing catered or special events is desirable.
Desired Skills
5+ years of kitchen management/executive chef experience.
Bachelor’s degree or culinary credential preferred.
Experience in high‑volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues.
Extensive banquet‑style event experience.
Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
Current ServSafe certification required; ServSafe instructor or ability to obtain preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Typical entertainment‑center environment: walking, bending, standing, occasional lifting.

Annual base salary:
$90,000 to $105,000 . Performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, are available.
