Imagine your ideal job. Now add bowling, arcade games, amazing parties, and delicious food. Our General Managers help bring this vision to life every day for guests of their centers—a role that is active, on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem‑solving in real time.

General Managers oversee all aspects of center operations—from entertainment to food & beverage sales to the property and its equipment. Through it all, they cultivate an exceptional team environment so staff can perform at a consistently high level. This is definitely not a typical role; it’s far more exciting.

Essential Duties

Generate and monitor center revenue, develop financial operational plans/budgets, monitor performance, drive food & beverage sales, and control labor costs and other expenses.

Act as an operational pro: floor‑management, scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with the team.

Train the team: supervise regular training, ensure proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards; supervise direct reports (Assistant General Managers, Facility Managers, Kitchen Managers, Event Managers).

Review center performance: manage multiple departments, conduct meetings, review profit & loss statements weekly/monthly, and adjust the action plan.

Rally the troops: keep morale high and address HR or loss‑prevention issues as they arise.

Make guests a priority: achieve and maintain guest service goals, resolve complaints, and ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Drive food & beverage sales: oversee the management and expansion of the Food & Beverage program, maintain quality standards, provide training, and foster a thriving sales culture.

Remain flexible: work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed.

Who You Are You’re a customer‑service pro who thrives in a fast‑paced, energetic environment. You’re highly attuned to the guest experience, accountable for your performance and that of your teams, a strong team player, an extraordinary problem‑solver, and have at least a few years of full‑service restaurant management experience.
