Salesforce CRM Technical Architect
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough requirement analysis to understand business needs and goals
Perform impact analysis of new requirements on existing systems
Design scalable and high-concurrency systems to meet business needs
Provide hands‑on coding and code reviews following SPE standards
Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure system alignment with business requirements
Document all processes to maintain project flow efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum 12 years of software / CRM experience with at least 7-10 years in Salesforce ecosystems
Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, security models, and declarative automation tools
Deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Apex programming, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with Salesforce integrations, DevOps tools, and data governance
Technical Skills & Experience
Proven hands‑on experience architecting complex Salesforce implementations
Familiarity with Salesforce governor limits and optimization strategies
Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps tools, CI / CD pipelines, and release management
Ability to handle data migration and maintain data privacy compliance
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Application Architect and / or System Architect certifications preferred
Additional certifications like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Platform Developer II
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Prior experience in the Digital Media Space a plus
