Overview We are seeking a National Accounts Director of Sales to lead, rebuild, and grow Orkin’s National Accounts sales organization. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for developing strategy, building structure, and driving growth within one of the most strategic sectors of our business. You’ll lead a high‑performing national account management team to acquire, retain, and expand enterprise‑level partnerships with some of the largest and most recognizable companies in the world.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a national sales strategy focused on multi‑site, enterprise, and strategic partnerships.

Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed sales team with clear accountability for performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Field Leadership to ensure seamless execution of national programs.

Identify emerging trends and industry verticals for expansion; build value‑based proposals and long‑term partnerships.

Establish KPIs, pipeline metrics, and forecasting discipline to ensure sustained growth and profitability.

Represent Orkin Commercial at key customer meetings, industry events, and executive‑level presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent in related experience.

10+ years of experience in sales management with multiple call points, demonstrating effective solutions‑selling and complex sales process skills.

Ability to travel nationally up to 50%.

Proven success leading national or key account programs exceeding $50M in annual revenue.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work closely with leaders across all departments.

Compensation range: $170,000–$210,000 USD per year.
