Responsibilities Overview

We are seeking a

National Accounts Director of Sales

to lead, rebuild, and grow Orkin’s National Accounts sales organization. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing strategy, building structure, and driving growth within one of the most strategic sectors of our business.

You’ll lead a team of high-performing national account managers and sales professionals to acquire, retain, and expand enterprise-level partnerships with some of the largest and most recognizable companies in the world.

You

Develop and execute a national sales strategy focused on multi-site, enterprise, and strategic partnerships.

Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed sales team with clear accountability for performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Field Leadership to ensure seamless execution of national programs.

Identify emerging trends and industry verticals for expansion; build value-based proposals and long-term partnerships.

Establish KPIs, pipeline metrics, and forecasting discipline to ensure sustained growth and profitability.

Represent Orkin Commercial at key customer meetings, industry events, and executive-level presentations

Compensation is from $170,000 USD to $210,000 USD per year

Qualifications The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing, or the equivalent in related work experience

10+ years of experience in sales management role with multiple call points, demonstrating effective knowledge and use of solutions selling and complex sales process skills

Ability to travel nationally up to 50%.

Proven success leading national or key account programs exceeding $50M in annual revenue

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Ability to function as a positive agent of change and of creating a positive, engaging work environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to include the ability to communicate professionally and concisely

Must be able to work closely with leaders across all departments
