Base pay range $85,100.00/yr - $132,950.00/yr

Project Controller Overview We are seeking a Project Controller to support multiple ongoing projects across the Northeast Region. You will be accountable for timely and accurate input of data, thorough review and analysis of defined cost and schedule elements, and timely and accurate document production.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, track, analyze, forecast, and report on project budgets, estimates, commitments, expenditures, progress, productivity, work plans, schedules, and cost elements.

Support Project Managers with monthly Operational Project Reviews (OPRs) and quarterly forecasts.

Assist in developing schedules for engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

Review expenditure details, identify incorrect charges, and initiate charge correction processes.

Process and track subcontractor invoices across projects.

Input or update activity data, logic, resources, progress, expense information, and review activity durations and logic sequences.

Perform risk analysis on cost and schedule and recommend contingency usage.

Provide project pricing support.

Coordinate activities and services with corporate support groups (HR, accounting, legal, contracts, procurement, safety).

Ensure change management systems and processes are implemented and followed.

Identify potential project problems early, report issues, and work with teams to implement recovery plans.

Prepare spreadsheets and routine cost analyses, cash flow, and other cost-related evaluations.

Set up, monitor, and report earned value progress measurement systems for projects.

Produce various planning and scheduling reports and analysis.

Print and distribute technical and administrative reports, assemble monthly report packages.

Other project controls duties as assigned.

Hybrid Role Must be willing to commute to the local office twice per week. This is not a remote role.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project controls or a related field.

Proficient computer skills using MS Office; Excel skills are a must.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.

Willingness to commute to the local office twice per week.

Preferred Qualifications

BS or BA in Cost Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, Accounting, or Finance.
