Intelligence Watch Officer (Mid-Level All Source Analyst) (TS/SCI Required)

Strategic Resilience Group (SRG) is seeking experienced Intelligence Watch Officers to provide 24/7/365 support to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A), Intelligence Watch and Coordination Center (IWCC). This position supports DHS’s mission to deliver timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence to senior leadership and operational components. Successful candidates will work rotational shifts and support situational awareness, threat warning, and executive-level intelligence production.
Responsibilities Intelligence Watch Officers will:
Perform 24/7 rotational shift work within a high-tempo operations center.
Maintain situational awareness of current and emerging threats, operational incidents, and geopolitical developments relevant to homeland security.
Analyze incoming raw and finished intelligence from multiple classified and open sources to identify threat indicators and inform early warning efforts.
Review and assess intelligence and information for relevance, credibility, and urgency, and alert appropriate government personnel.
Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and clear intelligence reports, briefings, and situation updates to I&A leadership, including Executive and Cabinet-level officials.
Support Requests for Information (RFIs) from DHS leadership and external federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and private sector (FSLTTP) partners.
Monitor multiple classified platforms and data streams across the Intelligence Community (IC), DHS Intelligence Enterprise, and law enforcement networks.
Coordinate and liaise with counterparts in the IC and FSLTTP partners to facilitate intelligence fusion, collaboration, and information sharing.
Capture and document daily activities, assessments, and incident reports for continuity of operations and trend analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, National Security, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience supporting intelligence analysis, operations, or watch functions.
Previous experience working in a watch floor, fusion center, or 24/7 intelligence operation within the federal government or military.
Strong knowledge of homeland security threats, IC reporting channels, and classified information systems.
Familiarity with ICD 203, 206, DHS tradecraft standards, and analytic product formats.
Desired Knowledge/Skills Requirements
TS/SCI clearance required at the time of hire.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to brief senior executives under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to triage, analyze, and synthesize intelligence from multiple sources.
Proficiency with government intelligence systems and tools (e.g., JWICS, HSIN, TAC, A-Space).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure, mission-critical environment.
Capacity to draft high-quality, time-sensitive intelligence products with clarity and precision.
Knowledge of threat indicators related to terrorism, transnational crime, cyber, and domestic violent extremism.
