Minimum Qualifications

Experience: At least five (5) years providing financial management support to a program/project and/or corporate operations department; examining budget estimates or proposals; coordinating financial activities across stakeholders; tracking budgets, costs, and variances; conducting financial reporting and analysis; proficiency with research methods, statistical analysis, and financial/analytical software (spreadsheets and/or databases); team‑based product or service delivery; experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Secret level Clearance required.
Additional Qualifications (Highly Desired)
Technical writing and editing skills.
MS Project experience.
Job Description
Support Program Manager in generating and delivering contractual and financial reporting.
Develop and maintain programmatic documentation including weekly, monthly, quarterly customer‑facing reports (Task Order Status Reports, Monthly Status Reports, After Action Reports, Staffing Plan Reports, and other contractual deliverables).
Create and maintain financial tracking models, spend plans, and staffing plans.
Integrate complex data across multiple projects using Excel formulas.
Maintain standardized documents and templates in Excel, Word, and other platforms.
Develop and propose courses of action and financial recommendations.
Perform support tasks: word processing, spreadsheet development, documentation management, financial analysis, data collection, report processing, brief preparation, and email generation.
Complete purchase requests, travel requests, and After‑Action Reports.
Essential Duties
Communicate task requirements to clients clearly and concisely.
Sit and stand for prolonged periods, attend meetings and working groups.
Use a keyboard with visual acuity, attend work during scheduled hours or approved time off.
Work on computer for long periods and communicate by telephone, email, and face‑to‑face.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with arms, talk and hear occasionally; lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Require close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision to adjust focus.
May be exposed to chemicals related to office equipment; noise level moderate.
