RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the roadmap and delivery of our website, mobile app, and BI ecosystem, aligning digital touchpoints to the full customer lifecycle—from discovery to loyalty.
Lead the strategy and implementation of a centralized data lake to consolidate guest behavior, transactional, and operational data across platforms.
Partner with engineering and data science teams to deploy AI and machine learning capabilities that personalize the guest experience, optimize marketing, and increase operational efficiency.
Define and manage integrations across CRM, CMS, marketing automation, and analytics tools to support cohesive, omnichannel experiences.
Design and deliver customer loyalty features across web and mobile products—such as personalized offers, rewards tracking, and retention journeys.
Drive optimization initiatives across SEO, UX, site/app performance, and mobile responsiveness to support discoverability and conversion.
Lead the development of BI dashboards, executive reporting, and business KPIs used by leadership to guide strategic decisions.
Ensure compliance with PCI‑DSS, SOC‑2, 27001 and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
Translate business goals into clear technical specifications, user stories, and backlog priorities.
Champion a data‑first mindset across teams, leveraging tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Segment, GA4, Mixpanel, and Amplitude.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in a technical or engineering role.
Proven success managing web and mobile platforms in a SaaS or hospitality tech environment.
Experience with customer journey mapping, personalization, and loyalty‑building tools or systems.
Strong hands‑on background in BI/analytics and experience delivering executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.
Experience in building or scaling a data lake or modern data warehouse environment (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
Strong technical fluency—familiar with APIs, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and modern front‑end/back‑end development.
Comfortable working cross‑functionally with engineers, designers, marketers, and senior leadership.
Deep knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), CMS (e.g., Webflow, Contentful), and SEO strategy.
Direct experience in the hospitality, travel, or guest‑service industries.
Familiarity with AI tools for personalization, segmentation, or customer service (e.g., Chatbots, predictive models).
Experience using behavior analytics and engagement tools (e.g., Braze, Twilio, FullStory, Hotjar).
Strong storytelling skills and experience presenting insights to executive stakeholders.
