Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner leads full-cycle recruitment—from role identification through sourcing, selection, offer, and pre-onboarding—across all Vomela locations. This role implements innovative strategies to attract top talent, supports workforce and succession planning initiatives, and contributes to long-term talent pipeline development. The Partner helps build a high-performing team aligned with our company’s goals and values, while ensuring a compliant and engaging candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Review and create compelling, inclusive job postings that effectively communicate role expectations, attract qualified talent, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Leverage recruiting resources (i.e. online, print, fairs) to identify and recruit the best candidates.

Develop high quality talent pools through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking, and direct sourcing.

Support long-term workforce planning by identifying future talent needs, contributing to succession planning efforts, and building sustainable talent pipelines to ensure organizational growth and readiness.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Extend job offers in collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring alignment with position parameters and budget guidelines; support candidates through onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR leadership.

Promote employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

Broad recruiting knowledge to source and evaluate candidates across diverse roles, leveraging an understanding of compensation trends, effective relationship-building, and sound judgment in candidate assessment and hiring due diligence.

Familiarity with ATS software and HRIS systems.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to handle a high volume of work with high accuracy, attention to detail and process adherence

Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices.

Experience with multi-location recruitment is preferred.

Demonstrates interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities, tactful, mature and flexible.

Ability to work independently, work under pressure, meet deadlines, organize time and priorities, and work well as a dedicated member of a team.

Essential Functions / Physical Demands This role requires regular communication, both verbal and written, and frequent use of hands for computer and office equipment. The position may involve occasional standing, walking, or lifting up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision with the ability to adjust focus. Intermediate to advanced technical aptitude is required.
