About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Talent Acquisition Manager
to lead our efforts in attracting, hiring, and developing top talent. This role is critical to building a strong employer brand, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and driving the growth of our teams through innovative recruitment and talent development strategies. You will partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop creative sourcing initiatives, and foster long‑term talent pipelines that align with our organizational goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities Talent Attraction & Employer Branding
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that attract high‑performing and diverse candidates.
Strengthen the company’s employer brand through social media, career site enhancements, university partnerships, and employee advocacy programs.
Lead employer branding campaigns showcasing company culture, values, and career growth opportunities.
Recruitment & Selection
Manage full‑cycle recruitment across all departments — from role definition to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and interview frameworks.
Leverage data and analytics to optimize sourcing channels, recruitment KPIs, and hiring timelines.
Ensure a world‑class candidate experience that reflects our values and commitment to people.
Talent Development & Workforce Planning
Collaborate with HR leadership to identify internal talent and succession planning opportunities.
Design and manage early‑career programs, internships, and leadership development pipelines.
Support performance and development initiatives to drive engagement and retention.
Use insights from recruitment data to inform long‑term workforce and talent strategies.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal leaders to identify future talent needs and co‑create strategies that build strong, high‑performing teams.
Partner closely with department heads to align recruitment initiatives with internal mobility and career growth opportunities.
Stay ahead of talent market trends and recommend innovative practices in sourcing and candidate engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven success in designing and executing recruitment strategies that drive measurable results.
Strong understanding of employer branding, sourcing tools, and workforce planning.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Data‑driven mindset with experience using ATS and HR analytics tools.
ADP WFN, Global experience preferred.
Preferred experience with Technical and Sales Roles.
