Recruiter – Seattle Metropolitan Area (Puget Sound Region)
About the Role
We’re growing our team and looking for an energetic, driven
Recruiter
to join us in the
Seattle metropolitan area (Puget Sound region) .
In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to manage the
full recruiting lifecycle
— from sourcing and interviewing to offer and onboarding. You’ll help shape the candidate experience and play a key role in building high-performing teams across technical, engineering, and corporate functions.

What You’ll Do
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
across multiple functions (technical & non-technical).
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies.
Build diverse talent pipelines using tools like
LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards .
Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the selection process.
Ensure a positive
candidate experience
from first touch to offer acceptance.
Track progress in the
ATS (Workday, iCIMS, or similar)
and report recruiting metrics.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to continuously improve hiring practices.
3+ years
of full-cycle recruiting experience in a
corporate, agency, or RPO
environment.
Strong sourcing skills — Boolean search, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline building.
Experience recruiting for
technical, IT, or engineering roles
is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with
ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar) .
Experience in the
Seattle tech market
or
aerospace/manufacturing recruiting .
Familiarity with
security clearance
or
federal contract hiring .
Previous experience supporting multi-location or remote hiring teams.
Collaborative and high-performing team that values creativity, ownership, and results.
