About the Role My client, a globally recognized technology leader known for one of its most popular delivery and mobility platforms, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help scale high‑performing engineering and product teams across the United States. This role requires a seasoned recruiting professional with the ability to partner closely with hiring managers, understand technical skill sets, and identify exceptional talent that drives innovation and global impact. You’ll play a key part in shaping the future of the organization’s product and technology initiatives while ensuring a best‑in‑class candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
Partner with hiring managers to build high‑performance technical and product teams, aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.
Source and hire across engineering disciplines, driving growth across global product teams.
Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines, ensuring personalized engagement so every candidate feels prioritized.
Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for HR‑related topics (benefits, compensation, internal processes).
Represent the brand by attending networking events, technical meetups, and digital recruiting forums to expand reach and visibility.
Continuously improve recruiting programs and develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent.
Cultivate strong relationships across multiple business units, collaborating with cross‑functional partners to ensure hiring success.
Maintain an intimate understanding of the technical market, including target companies, open‑source communities, and emerging technologies.
Consistently build pipelines from scratch, demonstrating persistence, adaptability, and high attention to detail in pursuit of the perfect hire.
Qualifications
5+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience (engineering, product, or similar functions).
1+ year of technical sourcing experience with demonstrated success identifying hard‑to‑find talent.
Experience across both in‑house and agency environments, with proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting.
Strong technical acumen — able to confidently discuss engineering concepts and tools with hiring managers and candidates.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Deep familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean, etc.).
Preferred Skills
Demonstrated ability to manage recruiting end‑to‑end for complex technical roles.
Strong market awareness and existing networks within the engineering community.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in collaborative, high‑energy environments.
