Summary Morgan & Morgan is looking for a Personal Injury Pre Suit Attorney to join our quickly expanding practice of plaintiff’s personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in our beautiful offices in downtown Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work

Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval

Guide clients through the case process

Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents

Complete TD approval for liability issues

Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages

Manage the release approval process

Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers

Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive

Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team

EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

Requirements

Law degree from a fully accredited law school

An active member in good standing with the DC, MD or VA Bar Association

2+ years of personal injury experience

Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases

Excellent client service and communication skills

Strong leadership skills

Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

This role reports to the Pre‑Suit Operations Manager.
