Brand and Social Media Marketing Manager
Allstar Services is looking for a Brand & Social Media Marketing Manager who can bridge data-driven performance marketing with creative brand storytelling. This role requires someone who's as comfortable in Meta Ads Manager as they are shaping brand identity—a marketer who can both execute campaigns and build the story behind them.
Reporting to the Director of Brand and Communication, you'll lead strategy and execution for paid and organic social across our growing portfolio of 20+ home improvement brands. You'll collaborate with internal teams and agencies to develop campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and leads—all while ensuring each brand’s voice stays consistent and authentic.

What You’ll Do
Paid Social Execution: Plan, build, and optimize social ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn). Manage budgets, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance reporting.
Brand Development: Shape and refine the voice, look, and feel of new and existing brands. Ensure creative assets and campaigns align with brand identity and overall marketing goals.
Creative Collaboration: Partner with design teams and agencies to deliver ad creative, social content, and marketing collateral that perform and tell a consistent story.
Analytics & Optimization: Track performance across campaigns, analyze data, and pivot strategies to improve CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.
Multi‑Brand Project Management: Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and campaigns across multiple brands in a fast‑evolving environment.
What You Bring
3‑5 years of brand or digital marketing experience, including hands‑on paid social ad management (Meta required; TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn a plus).
Proven success building and scaling paid campaigns while maintaining ROI.
Understanding of brand marketing fundamentals—visual identity, tone, and storytelling.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience collaborating with agencies and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive, flexible approach—you take ownership and adapt quickly.
