Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion
Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals
Create and maintain event schedules and budgets to ensure timelines are met
Assist in marketing and promoting events through social media and other channels
Prepare and distribute event materials such as invitations and programs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of event planning principles and best practices
