Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of various events
Coordinate logistics for venues, catering, and equipment
Communicate effectively with vendors and clients to ensure smooth operations
Help develop event timelines and manage budgets
Contribute creative ideas for event themes and activities
Support on-site event management during setup, execution, and breakdown
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
