Job Description We have an AI start-up client who needs a technical/GTM sourcer. This is a six-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time.

Fractional / contract sourcer (20 hours weekly)

Open to concurrent engagements / double-billing

Core Focus

Market mapping + outbound sourcing

Pre‑sales talent (e.g., Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers)

Post‑sales talent (e.g., Customer Success, Support, Implementation)

Occasional Tech roles (engineering adjacent)

Productivity Expectation

75–100 sourced profiles per week

~20 qualified targets per day

Qualifications

Prior RPO or embedded recruiting experience ideal

Experience sourcing SaaS / tech companies

Comfortable sourcing go‑to‑market and tech roles

Experience supporting early‑stage or high‑growth environments

Experience sourcing for both technical and GTM roles

Experience working for a tech start‑up

2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or sourcing roles

Strong understanding of various sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social media platforms

Familiarity with AI technologies and current trends in the tech industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates effectively

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic start‑up environment

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Strong sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and sourcing methods
